Third-Party Management

Our standard management fee is 6% of gross revenue (with a monthly minimum), plus a flat accounting fee. This structure ensures we are incentivized to increase your revenue while keeping your costs predictable.

Our full-service management includes marketing, call center support, staff hiring and training, collections, maintenance oversight, auctions, revenue management, and detailed monthly financial reporting. We handle the day-to-day so you can focus on the big picture.
